OneStepCheckout, the checkout extension provider for the Magento platform has officially released its extension for Magento 2.
OneStepCheckout is innovating in the field of checkout for Magento 2 to allow online stores to reduce shopping cart abandonment and increase conversion. The company has been successfully servicing thousands of stores running on the Magento 1 eCommerce platform for the last seven years. Various studies showed that the top drivers for cart abandonment are page loading speed, unexpected cost and form filling complexity. To address those, OneStepCheckout cut down the whole checkout process to one single page, loading fast, showing the order total at a glance and with a quick and easy form to fill.
OneStepCheckout also used the feedback provided through over 10,000 support tickets to nail the user experience that will both remove friction for shoppers while meeting merchant’s business requirement. “Each Magento store is different based on what they sell, who they sell to and where they operate.
